💸 Refund & Return/Replacement Policy
At Shivansh Dealz, customer satisfaction is our top priority.
✅ We offer easy returns & replacements in the following cases:
- Product received is damaged or defective
- You received the wrong item
- Product is not as described
📩 To request a return or replacement, you must provide an unboxing video (without any cuts or edits) showing the issue clearly.
Send your request within 48 hours of delivery to support@shivanshdealz.in with the video and order details.
🔄 Replacement Policy
- If the product is in stock, a free replacement will be shipped.
- If out of stock, we’ll offer a full refund or store credit, as per your preference.
- Replacement will be provided only for the same product/model.
💰 Refund Process
- Refunds are processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method.
- For Cash on Delivery orders, refund will be done via UPI or bank transfer.
- Requests without proper unboxing video proof will not be accepted.
🚫 Non-Returnable Items
- Products under ₹199
- Clearance or combo sale items
- Used items or returns without original packaging
